Returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled online until shipment. Once an order has shipped, online cancellation is no longer available.

Sealed trading card products, booster boxes, cases, decks, and similar TCG items are not accepted for return once shipped, except where required by law or where Tavern TCG made a fulfilment error or the item is materially not as described.

This policy protects product integrity because sealed items cannot be verified as untouched after dispatch.

If there is a problem with an order, contact support with your order ID, photos where relevant, and a short description before sending anything back.
