Tavern TCG stores only the information needed to run the store, process orders, support customers, manage waiting lists or lottery-style product access, prevent abuse, and keep limited stock allocation fair.

Account and order information may include your name, email address, delivery details, order history, fulfilment status, and support messages. This information is used to provide the service and respond to customer requests.

Payments and refunds are handled by Stripe. Tavern TCG does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Fraud, bot, payment, address, and stock-allocation signals may be used to protect customers and keep limited releases from being dominated by automated or abusive purchasing.
